What do I need to bring?
Applicants must provide a State certified birth certificates with a raised seal, government document proving permanent address, Social Security number, and government issued ID showing proof of age. If either applicant was previously married, a divorce decree or spouse death certificate must be provided.
How To Apply:
Applicants must bring a State certified birth certificates with a raised seal, Social Security number, and one of the applicants must have lived in Brown County for 30 days. If either applicant was previously married, a death certificate, State Annulment, or Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law of the Final Divorce Judgment from their most recent marriage must be provided at the time of application.
When does It Expire:
The license is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
