Both applicants must provide a government issued ID showing permanent address, a birth certificate, and Social Security number, If either applicant was previously married, a divorce decree or death certificate of spouse must be provided.
How To Apply:
To apply for a marriage license in Barron County, one of the applicants must have lived in the county for 30 days. Applicants are required to show a certified birth certificate, a government document providing proof of address, and a Social Security number. If either applicant has been married before, a death certificate or divorce decree is required.
When does It Expire:
The license is then valid for 30 days following the issuance date.
