Copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, a driver’s license or state-issued identification card, or an approved document issued by Texas or another state, the United States, or a foreign government and Social Security number.

Both must apper at the County Clerks office with valid photo ID

Both applicants unless one applicant is unable to appear then you may submit an Affidavit of Absent Application.
