What do I need to bring?
A government issued picture ID, document with your current address and Social Security card is required. If previously married, a copy of the divorce/death decree.
How To Apply:
Both parties need to be present with a valid picture identification, document of current address and a Social Security card. If you have been married before, you will need to show a certified copy of the divorce/death decree. Due to the time required to process an application, 4:00pm is the latest to begin a Marriage License Application.
