f you both live in New Jersey, or just the bride does, apply to the Registrar of Vital Statistics in the bride’s municipality. If only the groom is a New Jersey resident, apply in his municipality. If neither of you lives in New Jersey, apply where the marriage is to be performed. Must bring a valid photo ID.
