Applicants who are 21 years of age or over must show proof of age. A valid driver’s license is acceptable identification. All persons under 21 years of age will be asked to provide additional proof of age. Any one of the following will be acceptable as an additional form of proof: a certified birth certificate; a baptismal certificate, if the baptism took place before the age of 7; a military ID; or a passport

The license is valid for 60 days after the effective date.
