How To Apply:
Applicants must show proof of age when applying for a marriage license. If you are less than 18 years of age, you must show an unaltered birth certificate. If you are over 18 years of age, a driver's license is acceptable. If a parent is deceased, a death certificate, proof of guardianship, or court waiving consent must be presented.
When does It Expire:
The license is valid for 60 days after the effective date.
