What do I need to bring?
Valid state driver’s license, valid state ID Card, U.S. Military ID, U.S. passport or visa, or any certificate of license issued by this state, another state, the U.S. government or Canada province that is current or has expired not more than two years preceding the date of identification. Proof of ID must include a photo, name and date of birth. Both applicants should bring a certified copy of their birth certificate. Each applicant is also required to present an official document showing applicant’s name and Social Security number. The name must be the same as it appears on the proof of identification.
