$60.00 Cash or personal checks only. No credit cards or out of state checks are accepted.
What do I need to bring?
PhotoID, poof of residency and Social Security numbers for both applicants. If previously married, applicants whose last marriage ended in divorce may not marry until 6 months after the final divorce decree date, and must present the Final Divorce Judgment/Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. Copy of this document/ proof can be obtained form the Clerk of Courts in the County where the divorce took place. If last marriage ended in death, a certified copy of death certificate must be presented.
How To Apply:
The Officiant, wedding date, and location must be finalized prior to applying for a license. Applicants must provide photo IDs, proof of residency and Social Security numbers. When does It Expire:
The license becomes effective on the 6th day following both parties signing the application.
