Both applicants must provide a birth certificate, a driver’s license or State identification card and Social Security number. If either applicant was previously married, a certified copy of the divorce decree or death certificate must be presented at time of application.

When does It Expire:

License is valid for thirty (30) days only in the county in which it was issued.
