What do I need to bring?
Certified birth certificate, government issued ID, Social Security number, proof of residency, and if previously married, you will need to show a certified copy of the final divorce decree, with court raised seal, of your divorce or annulment decree or a signed death certificate of deceased spouse.
How To Apply:
Appointments are required to apply for a marriage license in Dunn County. Both applicants are required to present certified birth certificates, Social Security numbers, government document showing residency for the past 30 days, and provide the date and place of marriage ceremony and full name and title of the officiant. If either applicant was previously married, a divorce decree and death certificate of deceased spouse.
