Certified birth certificate, government issued ID, Social Security number, proof of residency, and if previously married, you will need to show a certified copy of the final divorce decree, with court raised seal, of your divorce or annulment decree or a signed death certificate of deceased spouse.
How To Apply:
When applying for a marriage license, you must present a certified copy of your birth certificate in addition to a government issued ID. The secondary ID documents must show your current name and address. If previously married, a divorce decree or death certificate must be presented at time of application.
When does It Expire:
The marriage license is good for 30 days.
Name Change:
