What do I need to bring?
Birth certificate (From any country), Drivers License, Government issued State ID, Voter's registration card, Military ID, Passport, Certificate of citizenship, Certificate of naturalization, Resident alien card or Border crossing card and a Social Security Card.
How To Apply:
Fill out online application and then bring it in person. Both must appear at the County Clerk's office with Valid photo ID
Both applicants unless one applicant is unable to appear then you may submit an Affidavit of Absent Application.
