$50.00 - Acceptable forms of payment include, cash, credit or debit - MasterCard, Visa or Discover cards (A 2.9% convenience fee is assessed for payments by credit/debit card.) Checks are NOT accepted.



What do I need to bring?

Proof of ages, photo ID's and Social Security numbers



How To Apply:

Both parties need to be present to apply for the license, photo ID and Social Security card or W-2 Form are required. If you have been previously married, you will need to show a certified copy of the final divorce decree, with court raised seal, of your divorce or annulment decree or know the date of death of a deceased spouse.

Filing for a marriage license in the state of Pennsylvania does not cause your or your spouse’s last name to automatically change. Married name change services are available to guide you through the married name change process if you opt to change your name.
