The license will be issued and handed to you to take to the ceremony. The second way,Either the Bride or Groom may pick-up a three-part marriage application form from the County Clerk’s office. Complete all required information including the Bride’s and Groom’s signatures.The Bride or Groom may bring the three-part application to the County Clerk’s office.The license will be issued and handed to you to take to the ceremony.
When does It Expire:
The license is valid for 60 days after purchase.
Name Change:
Filing for a marriage license in the state of Oregon does not cause your or your spouse’s last name to automatically change. Married name change services are available to guide you through the married name change process if you opt to change your name.
