How To Apply:

Application can be submitted online or printed out and taken to clerks office. Even if you submit it online, you must still appear at the clerks office together to complete the process. Both applicants must present a valid government issued photo ID containing birth date,

When does It Expire:

The license is only good in the State of Oregon for 60 days from the effective date.

Name Change:
Filing for a marriage license in the state of Oregon does not cause your or your spouse’s last name to automatically change. Married name change services are available to guide you through the married name change process if you opt to change your name.
