How To Apply:

Both applicants must be 18 years old or older. Application document must be completed by the couple and an oath is issued. Government issued photo ID containing date of birth. Marriage license can be made by appointment by contacting the Curry County Clerk's office.

When does It Expire:

The license is valid for sixty (60) days after the effective date.

Name Change:
Filing for a marriage license in the state of Oregon does not cause your or your spouse’s last name to automatically change. Married name change services are available to guide you through the married name change process if you opt to change your name.
