Each individual 18 years old and older applying for a marriage license in the Greene County Register of Deeds Office must have the following: · Certified birth certificate · State issued Picture ID or Driver’s License. If you are not a resident of the United States you must have a passport · Social Security Card · For anyone previously married we must have a copy of your divorce decree or spouse’s death certificate
