One must appear in person at the clerk's office to apply for a marriage license with valid photo ID's. If one is under the age of 21, certified birth certificates are required. If one applied online, after pressing submit there will be a number. Take that number into the clerk's office along with a valid photo and $20.00. 3 day waiting period starts when the person appears at the clerk's office.
