Valid photo ID, $20.00, copies of birth certificates and application if chosen to download and fill out

How To Apply:

You have the option of applying in person or online. If chosen to apply online, click the link on website and fill out application. After submitting the application, you will receive a popup confirmation on screen that your application has been submitted. If not, please contact the office at 517-543-2494. You will have to wait 4 days and then one has to go into the clerk's office with valid ID's for both applicants as well as a copy of birth certificates. You can pay either online or at the time of pick up.
