How To Apply:
Before you purchase your Marriage License, an identification waiver is required from the 14th Judicial District Judges Offices OR Family Court Judges Office. You will need a state issued ID (driver's licenses) or birth certificate to obtain this waiver. Their office is closed for lunch, so please visit between the hours of 8:30 am and 12:00 pm or 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 pm. This waives the law requiring us to keep your birth certificate.
