How To Apply:
Male and female sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) years of age - the parents must appear with him/her, show proper identification. Minors under the age of sixteen (16) must also obtain written authorization to marry from the judge of juvenile court in the parish where the minor lives or the marriage ceremony is to be performed.
