How To Apply:

When applying for a marriage license both applicants must be present to complete your application. Each person will need to provide the following information: Photo ID (i.e. Drivers License, Passport, etc.) Social Security Number Place of Birth Applicants with children in common must provide for each child: Full Name Date of Birth Place of Birth Applicants who have been previously married must provide Date the most recent marriage ended
