How To Apply:

To apply for a Marriage License, the prospective bride and groom must apply in person and show proper identification. However in the interest of saving time there is an online application available. See Forms which can be filled out and reviewed when you arrive at our office.

Filing for a marriage license in the state of Florida does not cause your or your spouse’s last name to automatically change. Married name change services are available to guide you through the married name change process if you opt to change your name.
