How To Apply:

You can do this three ways: 1- submit application online, get the confirmation number and appear in clerks office together with valid photo IDs to obtain the license. 2- download and fill out the application and appear in person at the clerks office with valid photo IDs or 3- appear in person with valid photo IDs and fill out application there. It is highly recommended to schedule an appointment
