Make sure to select the county where you will be married, not just where you currently live.
 

Arkansas doesn’t have a waiting period when applying for a marriage license, unless both parties are under the age of 18.  If the couple is under the age of 18 years, the waiting period is 5 business days. Also, both parties must be present at the time of marriage license application. There are no exceptions!
