Both applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Marriage application can be completed online or printed and completed. If you apply on-line, applicants will still need to visit the County office to complete the license process.

When does It Expire:

The license is good to use anywhere in the State of Oregon for 60 days from the effective date.

Name Change:
Filing for a marriage license in the state of Oregon does not cause your or your spouse’s last name to automatically change. Married name change services are available to guide you through the married name change process if you opt to change your name.
