Both applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and both applicants must present a valid government issued photo ID containing date of birth

When does It Expire:

Marriage license is valid for sixty (60) days after the effective date.

Name Change:
Filing for a marriage license in the state of Oregon does not cause your or your spouse’s last name to automatically change. Married name change services are available to guide you through the married name change process if you opt to change your name.
