How To Apply:

Marriage licenses are issued between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Applicants are requested to arrive at our office prior to 4:30 p.m. The Caswell Courthouse is located at 139 E. Church St, Yanceyville, NC 27379. The fee for the license is $60.00. Cash ONLY is accepted.
