How To Apply:
To obtain your marriage license, both parties must appear in the Register of Deeds Office within thirty (30) days of submitting this online application. REQUIREMENTS FOR A MARRIAGE LICENSE $60.00 (CASH) Required for the Marriage License. All applicants must provide one (1) of the following IDs. 1. Valid Drivers license 2. Valid State issued ID card 3. Valid Passport 4. Valid Military ID All applicants must provide their social security card. If an individual has not been assigned a social security number, an affidavit must be completed.
